What to Expect – Apple’s 21st March ‘Let Us Loop You In’ Event

Apple sends invitations to the press to report for ‘Let us loop you in’ event that will take place on March 21 this year, from 14 hours (GMT). As usual in this type of call, nothing has been revealed about the event, but the main focus revolves around the launch of new models of the iPhone and iPad, as well as a series of small innovations.

The new iPhone in question will be the iPhone SE (aka iPhone 5SE) model with 4-inch screen. It is believed that it will be very close to the specifications of the iPhone 6S, except for the 3D Touch system, which allows the screen to recognize the pressure placed on it by the user’s finger. This new model is the successor to the iPhone 5S. Another addition that should happen on the 21st is an iPad Pro with a screen size reduced to 9.7 inches – some say that it can be called the iPad Air 3.

Some other things we might see include new versions of the operating systems of the company – iOS 9.3, WatchOS 2.2, OS X 10.11.4 and tvOS 9.2 – and more tracks options for the Apple Watch. Although possible, it is unlikely that updated versions of the MacBook and MacBook Pro are announced on March 21, given the absence of any rumor about it circulating in recent months.
